At Andoks, all our food items are freshly prepared to ensure quality, taste, and safety. Because of the nature of our products, we follow a strict return and cancellation policy outlined below.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before preparation has started.
- Once an order is confirmed and food preparation begins, cancellation is not permitted.
- For delivery or takeaway orders, customers are advised to contact us immediately in case of cancellation requests. Approval is subject to order status.
Return & Refunds
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items once they have been delivered or collected.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Delay caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an order that is:
- Incorrect
- Incomplete
- Damaged during delivery
Please notify us immediately upon receipt of the order. We will review the issue and, where applicable, offer a suitable resolution such as a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
Delivery Issues
Andoks is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic conditions, weather, or third-party delivery partners.
Β If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.
